El pasado día 4 de diciembre tuvo lugar en el Auditorio Municipal el acto final organizado por el Centro de Día Frida Kahlo para celebrar la Semana de la Discapacidad.

En este acto, alumnos de 2º ESO de la Sección Bilingüe del centro y otros compañeros de clase, hicieron entrega del material que se compró con el dinero recaudado en el mercadillo de segunda mano benéfico que organizamos en el instituto en junio.

Como ya publicamos en este blog, con nuestra primera edición del "Cervantes Car Boot Sale" conseguimos recaudar 454,25€. Con todo ese dinero, hemos logrado satisfacer algunas de las necesidades del centro de discapacitados, comprando una pantalla de proyección eléctrica, varias radio-CD y material para plastificar.

Tenemos los motores preparados para una nueva edición de nuestro mercadillo este año y mantenemos la ilusión por seguir inculcando a nuestros alumnos esos valores sociales y de solidaridad tan importantes en su formación.

1ª EDICIÓN CERVANTES CAR-BOOT SALE ( PARTE I )

Hello!! A finales de junio llevamos a cabo nuestra "Primera edición del Cervantes Car-boot sale". Durante varios días organizamos un mercadillo de segunda mano en la entrada del centro, siguiendo una tradición inglesa y tomando el mismo término que se usa en los países anglosajones para dar nombre a nuestra actividad. 

Los alumnos de Sección Bilingüe de 1º ESO organizaron, participaron, ayudaron e hicieron de vendedores con gran entusiasmo. Además, nuestro mercadillo tenía un fin benéfico, ya que todo lo recaudado se donó a una Organización local sin ánimo de lucro. Tras una votación en clase, se eligió el Centro "Frida Kahlo" para destinar todo el dinero.
